Our double traffic rails are certified to withstand a 30kN force—equivalent to the impact of a 3-ton vehicle travelling at 7.2km/h (section 3.8a,i of AS NZS 11170). In comparison, our single traffic barriers can handle an even larger 40kN force.
GuardX traffic rails are made from durable 3mm steel rails, with 6mm steel structural columns and 15mm steel base plates. GuardX barriers are engineered to absorb impact forces in most workplace environments.
Our design includes a post at the end of each rail, providing additional strength and protection at the most vulnerable points.

GuardX traffic barriers feature a straightforward, modular bolt-together design. Each post base is securely anchored to the ground using four standard Dynabolts.
